Lake Forest Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, and related contracting services to residential and commercial customers in South Orange County, California and surrounding areas. Services are performed at customer-specified locations following execution of a written work authorization or contract.
The availability of specific services is subject to project feasibility, scheduling, and geographic service area. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Lake Forest Asphalt Paving are free of charge and non-binding until a written work authorization is signed by both parties. Estimates are based on conditions observable at the time of the site visit. Changes in scope, unforeseen site conditions, or material price changes may require a revised estimate before work proceeds.
All pricing is in U.S. dollars. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. We do not begin work without a signed agreement.
Project scheduling is subject to crew availability, weather conditions, and material lead times. We will communicate a scheduled start date in advance and notify you promptly if the schedule changes due to circumstances outside our control, including weather delays or supply issues.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please contact us as soon as possible at (714) 750-8027 or projects@lakeforestasphaltpaving.com. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or delivered may be subject to restocking or material costs as outlined in your project agreement.
Payment terms are specified in the written project agreement. Payment is typically due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by check, cash, or other methods listed in your project agreement.
Accounts past due may be subject to interest charges or collection proceedings. The customer is responsible for all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney's fees, if payment is not made according to the agreed terms.
Lake Forest Asphalt Paving stands behind the quality of our work. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be set forth in your written project agreement. General workmanship warranties cover defects directly attributable to our installation methods and materials, and do not cover damage caused by normal wear, weather events, third-party activities, or conditions outside our control.
Asphalt and paving surfaces are subject to natural curing, minor surface variations, and weathering over time. These are normal characteristics of asphalt materials and are not considered defects under any workmanship warranty.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting services, including the location of underground utilities and any site conditions that may affect our work. Failure to disclose known hazards or relevant site conditions may affect project outcomes and warranty coverage. You are responsible for ensuring legal access to the work site.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lake Forest Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
The information on this Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Lake Forest Asphalt Paving or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. In the event of a dispute arising from our services or these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative process.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in California.
